Tampico is Adrian Zenil’s first solely owned restaurant. Adrian invested in restaurants in many major cities of the U.S before settling in the local area. Prior to opening in 2003, the restaurant’s interior was completely remodeled and decorated with inspiration drawn from the colors of southern Mexico.
